In the UK, Paul James, founder of Sandler by Cultivated Sales Limited, brings a passion for sales coaching and operational clarity to his local market in Banbury, England. Known for his ability to simplify complexity, Paul has helped sales teams across industries sharpen their focus and improve performance through data-backed strategy and disciplined execution.
