Learn How to Own a Sales Training Franchise with Sandler

What experience do I need to own a sales training franchise with Sandler?

You don’t need training or coaching experience to franchise with Sandler. Sales experience and middle/upper management skills are ideal, though.

What support and resources are included in the Sandler sales training franchise program?

You will receive eight to ten days of Initial Training virtually or at our corporate headquarters in Owings Mills, Maryland. You will have a Franchise Enablement Business Partner to help you as long as you are in business. Owners will have access to the Sandler Confidential Operations Manual for daily operations. Our team is available to assist you when you need us. We are always just a call or click away.

What is the investment of a Sandler Franchise?

The estimated initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from 77,500 – $102,250. This includes a $59,000 initial franchise fee. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.

Is financing available?

We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.

What ongoing fees are required for a Sandler sales training business?

We collect a royalty fee equal to 8% of gross revenues. Fees such as these allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of programs, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades. For a full list of fees and requirements, please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

Are there any advertising fees?

Sandler franchisees pay funds to support a National Branding Campaign and assets that can be used by the Franchise owners to support local prospecting efforts.

What is the term of the agreement?

The initial term of your agreement is five years, renewable for three successive terms of five years each.
