January 2026 – Sandler is proud to welcome three new franchise owners to its global network this month, expanding the brand’s reach into Mesa, Arizona; Georgetown, Texas; and Oxnard, California.

With backgrounds that span corporate sales, international consulting, engineering, and leadership coaching, these new franchisees are uniting their passion for growth with Sandler’s proven methodology—helping more business leaders, sales teams, and organizations thrive in 2026 and beyond.

Dwight Delap launches Sandler by Dwightful Training Inc., bringing a rare combination of sales acumen, global perspective, and leadership expertise to businesses across the Phoenix metro.

With experience leading training, sales, and management efforts across more than 20 countries—including extended work in Argentina, Mexico, and India—Dwight has worked with military leaders, defense organizations, and top-tier corporate teams. He has delivered leadership programs, secured multimillion-dollar contracts, and managed high-impact federal projects. Now, he’s combining his love for sales and training under one roof.

Through his Sandler franchise in Mesa, Dwight is focused on helping local leaders improve team performance, build repeatable sales systems, and develop scalable growth strategies. Fluent in Spanish and energized by the opportunity to serve a diverse business community, Dwight brings both experience and empathy to the table.

Clay Underwood, founder of Sandler by AnchorPoint Sales LLC, opens his franchise just outside Austin, serving the rapidly growing business communities in Georgetown and Central Texas.

Clay’s career spans over two decades of award-winning sales performance, including President’s Club recognition at companies like Hilti and ResourceMFG. He’s worked across Fortune 500 companies and industrial sectors—earning a reputation for solving customer challenges and building lasting partnerships.

His coaching-first mindset and hands-on leadership style made launching a Sandler® franchise a natural next step. Through Sandler by AnchorPoint Sales, Clay is helping companies implement structured, scalable sales systems—and empowering their people to drive consistent, measurable results.

Cesar Perez launches Sandler by Sandler by Triple S Investment Corp., bringing more than 30 years of experience across sales, marketing, client success, and operations to the business community in Oxnard, California.

With a background in electrical engineering and an MBA, Cesar blends analytical precision with strategic thinking to help organizations achieve meaningful business outcomes. A strong advocate for process-driven excellence, he helps leaders implement formal, repeatable systems—particularly within sales—to improve execution, clarity, and performance. Through his Sandler franchise, Cesar will support companies in articulating their value, strengthening customer engagement, and building teams that perform at their full potential.
