Baltimore, MD — Sandler today announced the addition of Kimberly Wolff and Pete Oliver to its franchise development leadership team, strengthening the organization’s commitment to supporting high-quality franchise growth across the United States.
Both appointments reflect Sandler’s continued investment in experienced leaders who understand franchising from multiple perspectives, including franchise recruitment, franchisee support, and real-world ownership.
Kimberly Wolff joins Sandler as Vice President of Franchise Development with more than 20 years of experience in sales leadership, account management, and franchise development within the business-to-business sector. She brings a strong track record in strategic planning, branding, lead generation, marketing, advertising, sales presentations, and business development.
Prior to joining Sandler, Wolff served as Vice President of Franchise Development for Celebree School, where she guided prospective franchise owners through the discovery process. Earlier in her career, she held the role of Vice President, Global Sales Enablement and Client Service Management at Mood Media, a leading in-store media solutions provider serving restaurant, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and financial services brands.
Her work with franchisor and franchisee clients provided extensive hands-on franchise experience across multiple industries. Wolff earned her Certified Franchise Executive designation from the International Franchise Association.
Pete Oliver joins Sandler as Vice President of Franchise Development, supporting new franchise recruitment nationwide. Oliver brings a unique perspective to the role, having previously operated as a multi-unit Sandler® franchise owner before selling his business.
As a former franchisee, Oliver has firsthand experience building and scaling a Sandler business, working within the system, and navigating the realities of franchise ownership. His passion for the Sandler methodology and its impact on individuals and organizations continues to drive his work with prospective franchise owners.
“Kimberly and Pete each bring a depth of experience that aligns directly with how we think about franchise growth at Sandler,” said David Mattson, Executive Chairman of Sandler. “They understand that successful franchising is not about volume, it’s about fit. Their backgrounds, one rooted in franchise recruitment leadership and the other grounded in lived franchise ownership, strengthen our ability to help the right people build the right kind of Sandler businesses.”
Together, Wolff and Oliver will support Sandler’s franchise development efforts by guiding prospective owners through a thoughtful discovery process, emphasizing alignment, long-term success, and the flexibility to build a business that reflects individual goals and strengths.
Their appointments come as Sandler continues to attract professionals seeking ownership opportunities that combine independence with the support of a proven global system.
