Sandler Welcomes Seth Marrs as Chief Strategy Officer to Accelerate Growth and Drive Market Leadership
Baltimore, MD – July 2025 – Sandler, the global leader in sales training and performance, is proud to announce the appointment of Seth Marrs as Chief Strategy Officer. With more than 25 years of experience driving growth through sales operations, marketing, and service leadership, Marrs will spearhead Sandler’s strategic initiatives including go-to-market (GTM) execution, thought leadership, and market intelligence.
In this new role, Marrs will oversee the development of Sandler’s value proposition, strategic planning, and cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success. He will also lead analyst relations, guide M&A strategy, and support broader GTM efforts for Trilliad, Sandler’s parent company and the market-leading growth services provider for B2B enterprise marketing and sales leaders.

Prior to joining Sandler, Marrs spent six years at Forrester Research, where he advised executives on achieving growth objectives through data, technology, and process optimization. His earlier career includes senior executive roles in private equity-backed companies, GE Healthcare, and Carl Zeiss Meditec, where he led complex sales, service, and marketing functions across global markets.

Marrs holds a BA in Marketing and a Master’s in Finance from the University of La Verne, an MBA from the University of Oxford, and an MS in Data Science from Northwestern University.
