With backgrounds that span corporate sales, international consulting, engineering, and leadership coaching, these new franchisees are uniting their passion for growth with Sandler\u2019s proven methodology\u2014helping more business leaders, sales teams, and organizations thrive in 2026 and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dwight Delap<\/strong> launches Sandler by Dwightful Training Inc.<\/strong><\/a>, bringing a rare combination of sales acumen, global perspective, and leadership expertise to businesses across the Phoenix metro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With experience leading training, sales, and management efforts across more than 20 countries\u2014including extended work in Argentina, Mexico, and India\u2014Dwight has worked with military leaders, defense organizations, and top-tier corporate teams. He has delivered leadership programs, secured multimillion-dollar contracts, and managed high-impact federal projects. Now, he\u2019s combining his love for sales and training under one roof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
