BALTIMORE, MD \u2013 June 2025<\/em> \u2014 Sandler, the world\u2019s largest executive coaching and sales training organization, has been named to Franchise Business Review\u2019s 2025 Culture100 list<\/strong>, honoring the top 100 franchise brands with the best company culture<\/strong> based on independent surveys of over 35,000 franchise owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Franchise Business Review (FBR) analyzed feedback from franchisees representing more than 350 leading franchise brands. Sandler ranked 20% to 50% higher<\/strong> than the industry average in critical areas such as leadership, core values, franchisee community, and engagement<\/strong>\u2014making it one of the most highly rated organizations for cultural excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FBR\u2019s research is the only independent, franchisee-sourced assessment<\/strong> of corporate culture in the franchise industry. Franchisees evaluated their systems across 33 benchmark questions and 17 key cultural categories. Only 100 brands made the final list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
