In this new role, Marrs will oversee the development of Sandler\u2019s value proposition, strategic planning, and cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success. He will also lead analyst relations, guide M&A strategy, and support broader GTM efforts for Trilliad, Sandler\u2019s parent company and the market-leading growth services provider for B2B enterprise marketing and sales leaders.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Sandler, Marrs spent six years at Forrester Research, where he advised executives on achieving growth objectives through data, technology, and process optimization. His earlier career includes senior executive roles in private equity-backed companies, GE Healthcare, and Carl Zeiss Meditec, where he led complex sales, service, and marketing functions across global markets.<\/p>\n
