Kate Kohler, owner of Sandler by Staub & Associates was identified by franchise research firm, Franchise Business Review<\/a>, as being one of 2024\u2019s Franchise Rock Stars<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kate was selected from hundreds of nominations from brands that participated in Franchise Business Review\u2019s franchisee satisfaction research.<\/p>\n

The Franchise Rock Stars were nominated by their franchise brand\u2019s leadership in one of eight categories as franchisees who set admirable examples when it comes to leadership, business acumen, financial and professional success, and contributing to their community. Categories included: Giving Back, Women, Millennials, Veterans, Family-Owned, \u201cFreshmen\u201d, Top-Performers, and Multi-Unit Owners.<\/p>\n

In 1990 Ed & Tibbie Staub opened a Sandler\u00ae franchise in York, Pennsylvania. Thirty-three years later their daughter Kate Kohler became the owner. Having worked for many years side by side with her dad it was time to transition the business over to his daughter in January 2023.
