Rich Austin and Lindsay Goetting are the new owners of Sandler by SaleFish, LLC, the Sandler franchise founded by respected Sandler leader Pete Oliver. After working closely with Pete since 2021, Rich and Lindsay are excited to carry forward the legacy of excellence he built—while bringing their own energy and vision to the next chapter.

The couple brings a combined 25+ years of experience within the Sandler® network, having served clients in Chicago, Ann Arbor, and across the broader national community. Rich began his Sandler journey in Ann Arbor in 2010, while Lindsay started with a Sandler franchise in Chicago in 2012. They first connected as accountability partners in 2014, officially joined forces in 2016, and have worked together in franchise leadership ever since.

With a strong foundation in sales coaching, leadership development, and business performance consulting, Lindsay and Rich bring both the expertise and deep cultural alignment needed to scale the Sandler by SaleFish brand.
